If the target audience is Moroccans or Moroccan expatriates then I deem it safe
to claim that the article comes across as almost empty. Most Moroccans or
Moroccan expatriates are aware of what it attempts to convey. The article
neither raises issues, nor asks questions, nor creates debate. If, on the other
hand, the target audience is anyone but the aforementioned group, then I think
that the article is quite succinct and informative. It is a success.
